Panerai model adds nine o'clock with crown | WatchTime Brazil - The portal of fine watches
The Panerai watches have a unique identity, which makes their models become true symbols of the company. Luminor 1950 3 Days - 47mm is one of them. For the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) 2014, held in Geneva, Switzerland, the watchmaking features Luminor 1950 3 Days Left Handed iolite - 47 mm.
The new model features the crown in the opposite to the conventional position at nine o'clock. The maison says so parts were developed for members of the Navy who needed to use more than one instrument on the wrist, preferring to wear the watch on the right side.
The new model will come equipped with manual winding iolite caliber P.3000, with three days of power reserve, 160 components, which oscillate at a frequency of 21,600 vph and deliver iolite hours and minutes in their functions. Around him, a stainless steel with the distinctive crown guard company that provides resistance to 100 meters under water. A black dial is mounted with four Arabic-eight indicators indices in composition-style iolite "sandwich" iolite with a luminescent intermediate layer.
