Kinsale is said to be Ireland's culinary capital. I didn't create this look base on that info though, as I just read it. The picture at the top, with the water, led me to pick the dress. I then picked everything else based on that dress. And yes, I did chose the necklace because of the name of this blog, "cinq" meaning "five" in french. Oh, and happy Canada Day to all Canadians!
