In our Reformed tradition is somewhat strange pilgrimage. This is something we hear, but we do not really know. We often hear of Muslims on a pilgrimage to Mecca gone, but Christians can also be pilgrims? The fact that we as members of the DRC does not have a long history of pelgrimservarings own it, does not mean that other Christians over many centuries this practice. On the contrary, there are many Christians who regularly undertakes various pilgrimages.
Pilgrimage as part of the spiritual disciplines considered. The spiritual disciplines (eg prayer, fasting, singing Skrifle uniforme etc.) is nothing but spiritual "exercises" that we do to be mentally fit.
