My ultimate classic look for F/W is a combination of a: floppy brim hat, leather pants, prima classe

My ultimate classic look for F/W is a combination of a: floppy brim hat, leather pants, prima classe bold accessories, a nice pair of sunglasses and an insane faux fur coat. Sophisticated, glamorous and edgy. My cup of tea for sure...
LIPSTICK: This season's 'it' lipstick colors are maroon, purple & deep red. It will add a pop of color to any outfit. This exact lipstick is from 'MAC Makeup' and the color is called ' REBEL ' - I love the name of course! I've tried many different shades and this one is perfect...not too dark, not too red, just insanely perfect.
I am a true believer in accessories, they are my weakness along with shoes. I am obsessed with gold plated rings , they add edge to any outfit. prima classe I also love playing with different types of bracelets and stacking them. I love combining leather with solid bracelets .

A Country Bridal Affair Boho Country Chic Styled Shoot
Every year, the hostesses of A Country Bridal Affair put their their heads together and come up with a Styled Photo Shoot to showcase the amazing local talent that is featured in the group’s annual bridal champs shoes show. This year, their goal was to capture a soft color pallet, paired with rustic lace, burlap and gold accents for a very current yet classic country chic Boho style. Using inspiration from the group’s Pinterest board and showcasing some of the fantastic vendors champs shoes that make this intimate bridal show such a continuous success, the team got to work in late September setting the scene for this amazing shoot!
First up, we obtained some beautiful models; Josh and Aryel Grozav who were married in 2012 pulled off the bride and groom roles flawlessly. Bridesmaids Savannah and Brittney were gorgeous in grey and soft coral vintage gowns with cowboy champs shoes boots. The bride’s dress was made by show organizer Cindy Boggs of CR Boggs Designs , Cindy also hand designed the hair clips and provided the jewelry. Hair and makeup for the bride was provided by the amazing Genevieve Blair Hair and Makeup Artist and stylist while Amanda Fox Styles worked up looks for the two bridesmaids. The gorgeous Bohemian floral halos, bouquets, and centerpieces were provided by Swoon Floral Design , another hostess of this year’s A Country Bridal Affair. To set the scene, U R Invited Custom Invitations by Safiyah provided champs shoes stationary, Cowgirl Cupcake brought a beautiful Ombre teal and gold cake with coordinating cupcakes and cake pops, Busy Bee Catering provided delicious Pork Tenderloin with roast seasonal vegetables, potatoes and quiche. The rustic wooden table topper, gold chairs, settings and tablecloth were provided by show sponsor and beloved local rental company, Barclay Event Rentals . They will have a similar table setup at this year’s bridal show to see in person! Something Borrowed Portland provided table decorations and other finery to polish off our shoot. The location was hand picked as a featured venue in this year’s bridal show; Cedar Springs Country champs shoes Estate . This venue is an elegant gem set in the country of Sandy, Oregon and features fields, fencing, a gazebo, rustic buildings, a pond, and lush meadow on the property. Finally, all of this was captured perfectly by local award winning photographer and show co-founder/hostess Becky Nerpel of Studio 623 Photography .

There is something about a wild flower haven that I simply can not seem to get enough of. Toss in a wonderfully rustic locale & a free-spirited couple totally rocking boho chic and I am all over it! Ariadne Blayde & Trevor Scott are utterly lord and taylor mad about each other and choose to express their love in Suttons Bay in a wonderfully perfect rustic boho fete filled with DIY touches & florals on top of gorgeous florals! Ariadne & Trevor are quite crafty and along with the aid of Ariadne’s mother, 3 different unique setups were created on the sprawling lord and taylor grounds ranging from a ceremony under the late afternoon sun, a tented reception and a bluesy barn lounge set up for dancing {even square dancing!} all while listening to live bluegrass band, Deadwood Bluegrass ! Their wedding was the perfect personification of free spirited love, earthly beauty and divine celebration!

2013 (120) November (8) November Remix Life Lately: Weddings

I don't really do boho. Pardon me if you feel like this post (and the title) is misleading or not really representative of what constitutes boho style. However, I feel a bohemian hervia vibe to my outfit when I decided to re-mix this pleated maxi skirt that I featured here before. I paired it with my green Old Navy spaghetti strap top.
You see - I had been digging up a few items on my closet that I haven't worn for quite some time. And this maxi skirt fell into that category now. Sobs. This won't be the last time though, I will be sure to get more use for my maxi skirts because apparently my love for anything maxi hasn't died down yet.
very very nice outfit ;) gorgeous look would u like to follow each other??? i will follow u immediately back. kiss from italy. if you have pleasure please come to see my new post….i hope u will like it…click here: NEW POST:http://honeyandcotton.org/2013/11/10/lace-heels-yes-or-no-scarpe-in-pizzo-si-o-no/ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Honeyandcotton-Fashion-Blogger/422547954496955?fref=ts hervia BLOGLOVIN: http://www.bloglovin.com/en/blog/6757331te G+:https://plus.google.com/108626334220279846676/ Reply Delete

A Little Help From Their Friends - YES! Johnny

Intimate certainly doesn’t mean any less chic! Lyndsey Gamble & Johnny Chambers sought to keep their wedding day down in numbers, celebrating with truly their closet benetton kids friends & family at the wonderfully gorgeous Babcock Vintner’s House part of the Babcock Winery. benetton kids This portion of the estate is enchanting in all the right ways, giving off the most stylish California Spanish cottage vibe ever! Know as one of the most coveted pieces of rental property around, writers have been quoted as saying they could easily spend their days there writing the great American novel! Picturesque & transcending, the Babock House is literally perfection in the form of a place to say ‘I benetton kids do’. The estate as a whole was accented by strands of lights and glistening pewter pots which hang from the trees as well as surrounded benetton kids by a natural barrier which kept the guests in their own private benetton kids little world. An eclectic assembly benetton kids of mix matched chairs & tables were put together for the ceremony & reception while perfectly understated blooms in hues of ivory & purple were displayed on the tables highlighted by the silver antique platters they were placed on. I simply can’t get enough of the mixed blooms throughout which have such an amazing private home collection feel, not to mention the special touches here and there like the placing of the bouquet in the sugar bucket! Lyndsey & Johnny’s wedding was truly one part boho, one part glam and every part perfection!
We met in college and from day one it was pretty much a sure thing we would be together for the long haul. We have been enjoying life together ever sence. We enjoy the outdoors, surfing, beach time, hiking, getting out of town and into the mountains or wine country. We love traveling everywhere whenever possible. Our families are very important to us and we spend a lot of time with them and our close friends. We have a dog, Byrdie, we just adore. We both work in the wellness/fitness industries. I am a co-owner of a wellness benetton kids center and Johnny is a fitness professional. We relaize we are both very blessed/lucky to be where we are in life, love one other, enjoy what we do for a living and live life with happiness.
The entire wedding was a special touch really. We wanted everything about the wedding to be intimate, romantic and personal so that is what we did. We wanted a location benetton kids that fit our personalities, that was warm and inviting. Our location was gorgeous benetton kids all on it’s own and set the tone for our vintage-y inspired décor. We really just went with what we love and enjoyed shopping antique stores for decor; classic silver platers, a mix match of antique vases, mercury glass and cafe lights! One really special touch was that we used table cloths and runners that Johnny’s grandmother, Donna had knitted over many years. We layered them everywhere and she had no idea so were able to surprise her as well, which was extra special!
We love Santa Barbara! Santa Barbara is not only where we took our first vacation as a couple; camping, surfing and wine tasting from Refugio State Beach, but it is also where the moutains reach the ocean. I am a mountain girl at heart, benetton kids Johnny is a surfer. We have taken many great vacations to the area over the years and we knew it would be so fun to share the natural beauty and amazing wine country with our families. We found the home via much searching online for a vacation rental that would not only allow a wedding but also be unique. The bonus is we get to go back and re-live the event whenever we want!
A Little Help From Their Friends - YES! Johnny’s best friend from kindergarten married us. It was extreamly intimate having someone we both love so much join us as a couple. Diana, mother of the groom, created all of the floral arrangement. She is brilliant, benetton kids a retired florist so I go spoiled. I did not have to worry about flowers at all. She knows us and what we like. I just wanted all white, shades of white and lots of natural green. She put a lot of the arrangements together a few days before the ceremony so we really got to enjoy them all for days.
Bride’s Favorite Moment: ”I am sure many brides say this but there was not one single moment. We made our wedding last 5 days. Five days of family and great friends staying together in a gorgeous home, cooking, eating, playing games and celebrating benetton kids as a big family. It was not just one day, 10 hours, it was several days, many moments and an overall theme and feel of pure love and happiness. We all arrived benetton kids in Montecito two days before the wedding and the day after our wedding we chartered a bus to take us into Santa Ynez for a day of wine tasting. It was amazing to be with everyone we hold so dear to us and all be there for one reason, our marriage. We did it right, right for us for sure.”

I don’t know about you, but today’s engagement session has a real wanderlust feel to it and I am utterly in loooove with it! When this gem first hit my inbox it immediately screamed California to me. Don’t ask me why exactly, it just did, ok?! but of course I was wrong as this dreamy evening neimans session took place in Georgia! There is a truly magical quality neimans to the light throughout each shot as it evolves over the course of their evening session. Allison neimans Rhee & Seung Kit Song elegantly walked the line, one foot in the world of the boho hippie, the other in that of a more hipster chic. No matter neimans the styling, a very free spirit feeling was captured in each image, wonderfully expressed by Allison & Seung. A more playful lighter love was felt in the open fields & tie dyed old yellow school bus while a more serious & artful tone was taken along the wood fence rails, along with the adventurous goats of the dark & mysterious farm. A true purist and lover of proper film, each image was photographed on Kodak Porta 400 Film by Atlanta based photographer Kendra Elise Photography . From the open plains of grass to the tippy tall trees that surround neimans the farm each image perfectly frames the giddy love of Allison & Seung and I feel swoony right along with them!

Load more... jared jewelers

It's so hard to take a picture jared jewelers of this active little one. Matthew is 46 weeks old, he can say "mama", "dada", "ball", & "Bye" & he knows what they all mean, he will pick up a ball & say "ball" or when some one leaves you can catch him saying "buh" like bye. He runs all over the  place, yes, runs. He blows spit bubbles when he is doing something he doesn't like, like when  we set him in bath water that is too hot or cold, put him in his car seat, try to put him to bed when he isn't tired. He will also blow spit bubbles in the pool. He fights going to sleep every single night & every nap. He had his first PB&J this week. Reaching on top of tables to get things (tippy toes), runs away in fear when the doors open & he isn't expecting someone. Runs to his boppy & lays down when I pull the bottle out. Throws his head back when he is throwing a  fit. Loves to play "peek a boo", & loves being chased. He can also drink out of an adult straw now!! I think I covered it all ;)
We let Matthew have his first peanut butter & jelly sandwich while we were at the pool this last weekend. Needless to say, he ate three that day. He absolutely loved it!! He sat there entertained with his sandwich chowing down for almost jared jewelers an hour.

In 1993 I spent several months pleated jeans in Japan at a little town called Ibaraki and entered pleated jeans a new world of custom, pleated jeans thought and life. More so when I visited Hakone, Mount Fuji et al in the course of a lyrical, beautiful stay with Sachiko, my flatmate  from Los Angeles, and her mother, Keiko Hattori.
Since then I was keen to return  to my foster homeland and make that journey again - to meet my Japanese family and spend some time reliving those beautiful days. My  trips were not only  striking, but Japan was even more lovely every time I returned, than I remembered.
From our hotel in the heart of Ginza - the Imperial - where the kings daughter had recently got married, and some memorabilia from the wedding pleated jeans was still noticeable in the interiors, one could see the famous pleated jeans skyline and the bullet train whizzing by.
The memories of my Sumeda river cruise in a spaceship like liner in the rain under twelve colorful bridges, the rickshaw ride through the Asaksa pleated jeans shrine, the brandy at the Kamiya Bar with my friend pleated jeans Wakako Aito, and innumerable cups of Sencha tea make me feel nostalgic as I sit here in my office today looking at rainy Bombay, looking at the sea tumultuously throwing a tantrum.
The pride the Japanese have in their people and their country make me want to work harder at helping pleated jeans make Bombay, and then India, a happier, safer, cleaner place to be in. Much more so now, when there is so much disillusionment with our government and infrastructure. Moreso looking at the way the Japanese, in their meditative calm are rebuilding Japan after the nucleur disturbance and earthquake.
Very much like Indian culture, Japanese hospitality is legendary, and the food is a metaphor of their culture in its purity and meticulousness. The Wakame (sea weed) is my all time favorite as is the Miso Soup, the Sukiyaki cuisine that I enjoyed at a private party that the Hattori family hosted for me.
And my farewell presents from Kato San is a very expensive Japanese Melon, selected for its perfect form and coloration, wrapped in a box and the canned chicken curry that was made so popular by the Nakamuraya restaurant and Rash Behari Bose who fled to Japan during the Independence movement - everyone is talking about the book that tells the story of his escape to and life in Japan.
Everyone was surprised when on my return I ordered Japanese cuisine on the flight back too. ‘Obviously you aren’t tired of the food?’ observe my good friends when I ordered Anago (Sashami Eel) while brunching with them at wasabe the next day.

Stumbling across Serge Lutens... I was a horrible perfumista while I was in Paris. There just was not enough time to visit the perfume shrines. I did manage to locate the Serge Lutens boutique. I gazed longingly at the Sarrasins and Louve bottles helzberg diamonds through the closed doors. But...do helzberg diamonds not cry for me. Later that day, I met Mr Christopher Sheldrake himself. The man responsible for my beloved Fumerie Turque and Ambre Sultan. I wanted to kick myself for not choosing to wearing one of his scent creations. I had foolishly worn Frederic Malle's Iris Poudre. I told him that I was a huge fan and he seemed startled by the fuss. I am guessing that he is blissfully unaware that he has a huge cult following on the fragrance board at Makeupalley. helzberg diamonds He is full of charm and it was a delight to hear him speak on the art of perfumery. So in honor of my latest crush... A Fragrance of the Day Poll What fragrance did you choose today? helzberg diamonds What is your favorite Sheldrake creation? (This is for the perfume junkies) What is your latest crush? Credits: Blogdorf Goodman Disclosure: This Paris trip was made possible by Chanel.
today i'm wearing neroli by annick goutal. my favorite sheldrake is bois de violette, which i just bought in paris (i think we must have crossed paths!). my latest crush is chanel 19 parfum, which i didn't buy in paris (der!), but bought the edt instead.   At 1:05 PM ,   elena singh said...
I am wearing Donna by Lorenzo Villoresi today. I have to say that my fave SL is Ambre Sultan, even though I adore most of them and wore Un Lys for my wedding. And I am lemming the new one - Louve. My latest crush..ahm..crushes...are Bois des Iles (still amazes me every time I wear it) and Kanebo skincare for my face!   At 2:16 PM ,   girl said...
i wish i could wear perfumes. when i moved to the east coast from the midwest, everything started smelling like grandma's old perfume on me. most recently, MJ's daisy turned on me! until then, i am sparingly wearing my 1471.   At 6:15 PM ,   cewek said...
Today helzberg diamonds I'm wearing Jo Malone's Orange Blossoms. Unfortunately I'm not familiar with Sheldrake and my latest crush (perfume wise) is Estee Lauder's Private Collection helzberg diamonds Tuberose & Gardenia :)   At 3:04 AM ,   ula said...
as a matter of fact, today, i'm not wearing anything because i have a cold and my nose is running and right now, any perfume or cigarette smoke would send me into a sneezing fit. damn. i hate days like this one. but otherwise, i would wear baiser du dragon today, as it's dark, cold and raining cats and dogs. i like the amaretto and the vetiver of the cartier. yummy. ad sheldrake, i'm not very familiar with his creations, save for feminite (lovely), have to check it out   At 6:39 PM ,   Anonymous said...
I was wearing Guerlain Imperiale and after that Dior Homme, but after my shower now, I'll be changing into Ormonde Jayne Ormonde Man. Favorite Sheldrake is probably one of the following: Chergui, Fumerie Turque, Feminite du Bois, Miel de Bois OR Iris Silver Mist. Maybe the last one really, but I wear the rest way more often. Latest love? Caron Narcisse Noir

Mr H and I celebrated our 1 year wedding anniversary a couple of weeks ago. Mr H planned all of the festivities and boy did he knock it out of the park! He surprised me with a trip to Lexington olive des olive where we stayed in the very romantic, Gratz Park Inn. We walked around downtown and visited our wedding venue, the Headley Whitney Museum, where we reminisced on those vows we made, a year ago. As icing on the wedding cake, Mr H arranged for our wedding caterer to recreate the delicious southern meal that was served at our wedding reception, for our dinner. Completed with a trip to Keeneland, the weekend couldn't have been better. There is quite possibly nothing that I am more sentimental about than our wedding. We spent so much time creating and pouring over every little detail for our big day. One of the biggest details that I planned and created olive des olive was the wedding flowers. After ordering enough flowers to fill a garage, my mom and I tediously constructed the bridal and bridesmaid bouquets, the boutonniere and the reception arrangements. Luckily, for me, my mom saved as many of these arrangements as possible and dried them in her attic. After a year of not knowing what to do with the dried flowers, I finally had an idea. In celebration of our 1 year wedding anniversary, I give you:
I quickly realized that it was going to take a lot of flowers and greenery to get the full, completely covered, effect that I was going for.  I kept working my way out from the center, hot gluing each individual flower.
While the colors of the dried flowers may not be great, I love the way it turned out!  While this project only cost $12.00 (shadowbox), it was not fast and easy.  It took at least 2 hours to delicately place and glue each individual flower.  I'm not sure yet where this shadowbox will live in our home, but I'm positive that I'll enjoy looking at it and remembering our wedding and all of the love represented on that day. Do you have dried flowers olive des olive set aside?  Perhaps gifts from your significant other or from a loved one's funeral?  This shadowbox is a good way to memorialize those fragile flowers. P.S-I've considered doing a few posts documenting all of the details that we created for our wedding.  Is this something that you readers would be interested in reading? xoxo
Thank you so much for taking the time to comment. I appreciate any and all feedback I receive. If you'd like to email me directly, you can do so at lori.craighazelwood@gmail.com. Thanks again and have a great day! xoxo

Whew. Okay, traveling done for at least two weeks. But who am I to complain, right? I know, I know. Traveling is awesome. Meeting new people, seeing new places. Getting stuck on the runway at the airport in a blizzard and being told the airport was going to close down and hopefully mr foot reopen soon. Its great :) But in all seriousness, this weekend in Arizona was wonderful. Except for the having a fever part. But, nothing a little (okay, a lot) of drugs and a little (okay, a lot) of wine can't cure! And take a look at this venue!! The ceremony was outside in this beautiful Spanish looking place.
Beautiful, beautiful ceremony. And Lindsay was just gorgeous. Josh didn't look half bad either ;) And then just as it got cool we walked down to the reception. Wonderful music, great Mexican food, fantastic party. Great way to celebrate a new life together.
And on Sunday, since we had some time to kill before heading back to Wisconsin, we hit up the Desert Botanical Gardens. Because, if you can imagine, we don't have one of those in Wisconsin... Shocking, mr foot I know :)
I had to laugh after taking this picture. I think he's so cute. But then I realized he is just a ground squirrel (that's what the sign told me ;)) and that he is probably very common and no one in the south probably finds them cute. Just like nobody in the north finds our grey squirrels cute. But oh well. I think he's cute :) Now that we're caught up on that...time to catch up on: AWARDS! I have been, so, SO lucky to have a number of awards bestowed on me. I think I managed to bookmark them all BUT, with all the traveling around lately, I very well could have forgotten one, so if I've been negligent in claiming an award from you feel free to give me a significant poke and I'll get off my rump and go get it :) For this round of awards, instead of listening to the directions and passing them on, I'm going to promote the lovely writers who have bestowed mr foot these awards on me. (Otherwise I wouldn't be able to get to my laundry which as you can probably guessed hasn't been done in FOREVER.)
I got this beauty from Jen over at Jenny's Imaginary World  AND from Hope over at Writing with Hope  AND from Kyra over at Write Here, Write Now . Thanks so much ladies!! Jen is a fantastic writer and an amazing mr foot CP. She tells me how it is and really gets my characters. I was so lucky to be able to read her manuscript and couldn't stop saying 'how does she come up with this stuff?? This is brilliant!' Thanks so much Jen! Hope is another CP. Her descriptions in her work make my mouth hang open. For real. Whether its action, or tension or a love scene I'm like...yummy, give me more. Again, so lucky to have her eyes on my MS. Thanks Hope! Kyra is a new writing/blog friend! I LOVE new friends. We 'met' during all the crazy blogfests last month and I just love her blog and the comments she makes on mine are always wonderful. mr foot So glad we found each other Kyra! Thanks for the award!
I got the Liebster Blog award from Danielle B. over at Entertaining Interests . I really love Danielle's blog and am very excited that she likes mine. I love her witty sense of humor and she also sprinkles in some things about her life which, while not easy to share, really help get to know her. Thank so much Danielle!
The Sunshine Award I got from three lovely writers. Hope over at Writing with Hope , Elizabeth at Use Your Words... , and from Kyra at Write Here, Write Now . This award comes with a little bit of work, which I will get to, promise. mr foot But first I want to say a little about Elizabeth (Hope and Kyra's praise is a little farther up.) Elizabeth and I also met during the crazy month of blogfests. Her blog is SO funny and inspirational. I just love reading it. And the comments she leaves on my blog are great as well. Thanks Elizabeth! As promised, here is the 'work' part. I must answer these questions: Favorite color: Burnt Orange Favorite animal: Dog (Especially mine :)) Favorite number: 21 (High school Varsity soccer mr foot number) Favorite non-acoholic drink:  Diet soda (Particularly Cherry Coke Zero) Facebook or Twitter: Oh man, facebook. Though I'm pretty bad at keeping up with that too. My passion: Hmmm....writing, singing, mr foot soccer, travel Getting or giving presents: Giving, especially if you've nailed the perfect gift. Favorite pattern: Um? No idea...haha Favorite day of the week: I don't really have one. Most days are great. Favorite mr foot flower: Yellow Roses. They were my grandmother's favorite.
And last, but certainly not least, mr foot I was tagged in the Lucky 7 Meme by Tracey Joseph . I don't follow many Middle Grade writers (something I definitely need to fix) but Tracey is one of them. And holy crap, can this girl write a southern voice to a 'T'. Actually mr foot all of her voices are spot on, which I think is incredibly hard to do for younger mr foot characters. She shares a lot of her work and I really enjoy reading

My best friend Katie was in town this weekend etsy jewelry for all my bridal events. It was SO great

We have hit the double digits, can you guys believe it? I can't. This little man has changed my entire life for the better. He brings etsy jewelry such joy to Adam & I. I'm trying to grasp these last two months before my little sweet baby is ONE YEAR OLD. I officially purchased everything for the birthday, I started in January HAHA. I just want you all to know its SO much easier to make small purchases spread out, than all at once. We still haven't had a 9 month checkup :( But hopefully we will be going in soon, patiently waiting for mail to arrive!! I can't stop looking at this picture, 10 months, really, jeez.
Matthew got to experience seeing bubbles for the first time this month. I pulled them out of the garage & we had a blast as Matthew chased them & was amazed & startled when they popped. He just couldn't understand why they were breaking right as he got to them & touched them!! It was so sweet & fun. He actually started to try & eat them at one point, go figure.
I had an EXTREMELY busy weekend, this weekend. My bridal shower, bachelorette party, & zumba party were all this weekend. Matthew was super dazed & confused since I was gone a lot, he is certainly not used to that & I came in very late. My tired little boy missed me!! You guys can expect pictures from this event, this week, I promise!!
Those smiles are so innocent, but that Simply etsy jewelry Orange was opened & all over the floor as we approached the BJS checkout line. Awesome right? etsy jewelry I've officially learned even screw on bottles, babies will get off.
This etsy jewelry looks a lot higher than it does in person. But how adorable is this? He was giggling so loud  & having WAY too much fun. He is my little risk taker already. He absolutely LOVES when Adam throws him in the air.
I can't believe Thomas (cousin) etsy jewelry & Matthew are already walking, starting to talk, getting etsy jewelry into everything, fighting over toys, its crazy. I was just holding them as tiny tiny babies etsy jewelry not to long ago. Matthew now 10 months, & Thomas now 13 months. They are going to be the best of friends!!
My best friend Katie was in town this weekend etsy jewelry for all my bridal events. It was SO great having her here. Matthew warmed up to her super fast & she was awesome with him. She is his God mommy!! I'm so glad she will be back in a month for the wedding!! I can't thank her enough for all her help.
What baby doesn't like to swing? He just can't get enough. He loves being outside, loves flying, I think he loves that tickle that you get in your stomach when you go on a roller coaster etsy jewelry or water slide. Funny, because I despise that feeling lol!!
Weight: Around 22 lbs Health: His first sickness lasted a little over a week, but it is gone now & I'm so relived. He has eight teeth & still teething really bad. Nutrition: 5-6 ounces every 4-5 hours, 2-3 solid feedings a day (organic homemade food), lots of baby snacks. I think I may start trying to ween to normal milk? Not sure yet. Sleep: Sleeping etsy jewelry GREAT, one wake up between 7 & 9 a.m. We are getting at least 7 hours not interrupted, AWESOME. We have him in the pack n play next to our bed. Social: Loves peek a boo, being chased, chasing us, stealing toys haha, he talks up a storm with all kinds of weird words & noises. He is defiantly saying sentences, I just don't know what he is saying lol. He knows who dada & mama are. He can sort of wave now. Clothing: 6-12 months, or 12 months. The 6 month & 9 month outfits don't fit him anymore. He is still in size 4 diapers, size medium swim diapers & size 5 shoes. Skills: Closing doors, waving, clapping, opening doors, moving things out of the way to get to something else, walking, mama & dada (saying), knows when he is doing something he shouldn't be lol.

I come from a big Italian family in Trenton, NJ. They are the Woody Allen version of the Sopranos, or like the never-ending family in My Big Fat Greek Wedding. Lots of volume, arguments, singing, laughter, and stories. And I am the quietest one! Some are tall, some are short. Some are thin, some are large. It s a cast of characters. You can laugh with us, or at us. There s always something going on!
Last week, Dominique and I were at the Bounty of the Hudson, down at Whitecliff Vineyards. And there I was talking to Tiffany beret and Ryan Selby, who are the real face of the Robibero Family Vineyards. Tiffany is fantastic. She seems almost tireless. She is absolutely hardwired beret to the internet via twitter and facebook. She is a social media maven, and a great promoter of her winery. Tiffany and Ryan make a great team. She is effervescent and bubbling, and he is rock solid. He is the brawn and tools that makes the machinery run. She is a dreamer; he is a doer. And they are a handsome couple.
Tiffany was inviting me to stop by the winery on my way home after the event. But my lovely wife was tired and begged off. She asked me that we should go right home. I seriously tried to make her happy .seriously .but life got in the way.
C mon, I said. It s fate. Let me just snap a couple of pictures, and off we ll go, I bargained beret with her. She rolled her eyes and exhaled. I had planned to take a few snaps, go in, buy a bottle of wine or two and hit the road real fast. Honestly, I did.
If you go in there and spend an hour talking to them, I m leaving you here. I m tired and I don t feel good! I will leave you, my wife snapped. I felt for her, I really did. Dom had been a trooper all day, and I knew this was the final straw. But there was so much to do: talk to Kristop Brown, beret their new winemaker; try the new whites from Kristop and Ryan; and see the new vineyards Kristop and Ryan had been working on so hard. And of course, the place was packed when we got there. The place was mobbed. People in the tasting beret room, people on the deck overlooking the lush vineyard, people on the grounds. It looked like they were having a big event.
Harry and Carole Robibero bought the property in 2003. In 2007 opportunity knocked unexpectedly when the current winery operating on the premise gave notice that they were vacating to a new location. beret It was at that point Harry, Carole and the Robibero family decided to follow their passion and pursue their dream of opening a winery. It s been a family run operation ever since. Tiffany and Ryan do the lion s share, but there s a Robibero family member or cousin lurking down every hallway. This is a family endeavor.   In 2009 Robibero planted both Cabernet Franc and Vidal Blanc out behind their tasting room. On this particular Saturday the literal fruits of their labor could be seen exploding before them. Gorgeous!
Robbibero has always had a simple focus: Our plan is to make our winery a destination where people come to relax and enjoy our property. We want our tastings to be educational and fun. The goal is all about

Says talented photographer Laura, "Laura and Sam's wedding took place on a sweltering June morning at the church where they first met and fell in love, and concluded with a portrait session at downtown Orlando's indivi Lake Eola Park, where they'd gotten engaged. They describe themselves as 'traditional,' and they planned a wedding that fit that to a tee: A frothy lace Pronovias gown for Laura, a Burberry watch (a surprise from Laura) for Sam, a ceremony opened by the father indivi of the groom and then conducted by the father of the bride. And everywhere you looked, simple, classic elegance, from the understated pearl earrings Laura wore (a gift from Sam that very morning) to the fairytale reception venue."
Says beautiful bride, Laura, "My overall vision for the wedding and reception was for it to be classic and simple. I loved the combo of green and ivory because it was so crisp and clean. So once I picked the colors, I thought of doing a garden theme since I love flowers and wanted them to be our main decoration.
After people kept asking what our theme was, I told Sam I would call ours 'garden indivi chic' b/c I wanted it to be a really nice garden indivi party. We obviously couldn't have an outdoor reception in June in Florida so we created a garden party inside Dubsdread. Our florist did an amazing job with the centerpieces and other floral displays. We originally alternated floral centerpieces and lantern centerpieces to save money on flowers, but, in the end, the addition of the lantern seemed to really carry the garden party theme and added another texture to the decorations.
We were married at the church where we attend and was the place where we first met and got to know each other. The chapel was designed for weddings so it was such a pretty place to have the ceremony. My favorite memory [of the day] was during the ceremony right after we said our vows and were technically married. We lit the unity candle and then prayed together for the first time as husband and wife while our friends sang over us.
Having our fathers lead the ceremony was very personal to us and really indivi set the tone for the wedding. We wanted our wedding to show we were uniting not only the two of us, but our families and cultures, too. I knew I wanted to do subtle things to reflect both of our upbringings since we come from such different backgrounds. I carried peonies in my bouquet indivi which is a traditional flower used in Chinese weddings and we displayed the double happiness symbol on our guests' tablecards. I loved changing into the qi pao, which Sam's mom had made in Bei Jing. His sister changed for the cake cutting at her wedding so I thought it would be a nice tradition to follow. For me, I put individually wrapped candy Buckeyes in each favor bag which reflected my Ohio roots.
